Dr. McKenzi Gust was born in Denver, Colorado, but raised in Ely, Nevada, where her roots and passion for serving her community began. She moved to Reno to attend the University of Nevada, Reno, earning her bachelor’s degree in Public Health before continuing her education in Portland, Oregon, where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from University of Western States.

Living with Crohn’s Disease herself, Dr. McKenzi understands the importance of both modern medicine and holistic healthcare. This perspective allows her to take a balanced, thoughtful approach to care—helping patients feel supported, informed, and confident in their health journey.

Dr. McKenzi has been trained in the Webster Technique and is passionate about providing gentle, precise, and personalized care for patients of all ages. Her approach is centered on meeting each patient where they are and supporting their body in a way that feels comfortable and effective.

Now back home in Ely, Dr. McKenzi is grateful to be serving the community that raised her. Being just minutes away from family and familiar faces is something she doesn’t take for granted, and it’s a big part of why she’s so passionate about caring for her patients—who are also her neighbors, friends, and community.
